Roof repair in the works. Neighbors drone was instrumental in finding the

problem without actually going up on the roof. (I'm no idiot) As can be seen in the photo there is a shift of the cap tiles leaving a gap between the cap and the right side tiles. Fortunately, the tar paper underneath the tiles kept the water at bay. Will feel better now tho knowing the paper is better protected.
